Can Hindu-Muslim couple do court marriage?
Sir, I am Hindu and the girl is Muslim. Where can we marry? We want to marry in Pune. Can we? Our Aadhaar cards are from Gujarat; will that be a problem?

You can marry under the Special Marriage Act anywhere in India, including Pune, regardless of religion or Aadhaar card origin. Just file a 30-day public notice at the marriage registrar’s office and fulfill other procedural requirements. Aadhaar card from Gujarat will not be a problem.
