Cancellation of registered marriage
My friend had done registered marriage 3 years before, but now she wants to cancel it . How can we cancel the registered marriage?

Hello sir,
there is no such provision in the law for the marriage cancellation, you have to get divorce decree inorder to cancel marriage and also you need divorce decree to perform second marriage.
