How can I marry Indian partner in abroad?
Sir, I live in America and I love a girl who lives in Punjab. I want to marry her, but I cannot come to India. How can I marry her outside India? Which country is best for marriage registration for Indians? Please advise or call me.

If you cannot travel to India, the safest legal option is to marry in the USA under the Foreign Marriage Act at the Indian Consulate. Both of you must be physically present, and at least one party must have completed 30 days’ residence before giving notice.
