International marriage registration

Hi there, I want to know the process & approx time to take to regist marriage and total fee. Im from south korea and my husband is Indian, Mumbai. We married in USA and Korea already, he is registered my spouse in south korea legally. We just need to register in here India, but with time limit since we both work in USA. I saw youtube and came here to ask, it says it will take one day?? but couldnt understand fully coz it was all hindi. plz inform me details through my email so that we would get an idea to decide. many thanks
