hello sir yes i understand your situation but this is the case of special marriage act without the confirmation of parents you cannot marry her there should be the consent of parents in order to solemnized the marriage if your right are being violated by your parents you can approach to Supreme Court and file writ petition for violation of Fundamental Rights.
