If the project is covered by RERA and the builder has delayed possession beyond the agreed date, you may file a complaint before the State RERA Authority/Adjudicating Officer, as applicable. You may seek interest for the delay, compensation, refund with applicable interest in appropriate circumstances, or other relief permitted under RERA. Keep the allotment letter, agreement, payment receipts, possession date, correspondence and builder's statements ready. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
