Can I sue neighbor for crop damage without permission access?

We own a five-acre agricultural field that faces the main road. Our neighbor, who owns a seven-acre field adjacent to ours, does not have direct road access and has been using our land to pass through with his farm machinery, damaging a portion of our crops every year. We have not given him permission to pass through our field. Can we file a court case for the crop damage and seek compensation for the losses we suffer every year? Please provide your valuable legal advice.

Yes, you can file a civil suit for damages and also seek an injunction to stop him from entering your land. He has no right to use your land without permission. Keep photo/video proof of damage. You may also write a legal notice through a lawyer before going to court. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
