I bought a laptop on Flipkart and there is few problems in laptop and return policy also available in laptop when I faced the issues i wanted to return my laptop under the policy and I put my request three time but the company is rejected my request and now they are saying that the policy is ended

I would suggest you first and foremost complain to the flipkart officials and authorized authority of the flipkart if they don’t take action tag the product you bought on twitter

Draft a complain or message on twitter and post it with your respective account or you may also file a complain to nearby consumer court for violation of the agreement.

you bought the laptop under the policy therefore its there mere duty to perform the policy so if they are not doing so complain the senior authority of the company .

Or else you must be provided with guarantee and warranty card you can replace it in the particular company also.
