Section 21(b) Of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

(1) The trial of the case under this act consists of the interest that would fulfill the mean of justice, shall continue till the day the court finally adjourns the case.

(2) Every petition under this Act should be trialed as expeditiously as possible, and within six months of the filing of the petition.

(3) Every petition under this Act needs to be heard expeditiously, and conclude the hearing within three months from the date of notice of appeal.
