Section 28 Of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

 

It states that - 

 

1) All the decrees made under this act should be appealable which was made under the exercise of the civil court and such appeals should lie in the court given in the practice of its basic civil rights.

 

2) All the orders made by the court under this act, (Under Section 25 & 26) are appealable if there are no interim orders, and every appeal should lie to the court which was originally in the exercise of its jurisdictions.

 

3) There should be no appeal under this act on the matter of the cost only.

 

4) Every appeal under this section should be preferred within 90days from the divorce order passed.
