IPC Section 2 - Punishment Of Offences Committed In India

Section 2 of the IPC states that - "every person" who commits an offence in the Indian territory mentioned in the Indian Penal Code will be responsible for punishment.

    " every person " means an Indian Citizen / Foreigner / Company / Association / Group Of Person, etc
  • Anyone of them who commits an offence within the territory of India will be liable for the punishment
