Contents & Verification Of Petitions

It states that - 

 

(1) Every petition presented under this Act must clearly state the facts as the nature of the case permits on which the relief claims are established.

 

(2) The particulars contained in every petition under this Act shall be confirmed by the applicant or any other person in the manner prescribed by law for the verification of the petitions, and may, at the hearing, be referred to as evidence.
