What is the time limit for claiming compensation in case of accident?
My MACT Case is disposed on Dec 19 2023 and today is 95th day after, still my compensation is not received to me what can I do now?

Since, 95 days has already passed, you should approach the MACT court and file an execution petition or follow up for release of the amount and check if the insurance company has deposited the amount or not.
