Dear client, there is no strict time limit after the MACT award, but payment should be made within the time given in the order that is usually 30 to 60 days. Since, 95 days has already passed, you should approach the MACT court and file an execution petition or follow up for release of the amount and check if the insurance company has deposited the amount or not. May this help and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us

You can check with the MACT and the insurance company about the payment status. If delayed, file an execution petition under Order 21 CPC before the Tribunal. If needed, approach the High Court for direction to expedite the process.

Sir, if your case is disposed and the court has granted relief to you, still your compensation is not given to you by the insurance company, you can approach the same court where the case was disposed and appeal in the court to take appropriate actions.
