How to resolve IT issues after paying tax demand?

Paid tax as per the demand under the IT scheme, but the file has not been updated and I am still facing issues with the IT department.

Dear client, keep all the proof of tax payment and immediately raise a grievance on the Income Tax portal or you can contact the concerned assessing officer. If you have paid the IT demand but records are not updated, verify challan details in Form 26AS, respond under “Outstanding Demand,” and file a rectification request or contact your Assessing Officer with proof of payment for correction under Section 154.
