What can I do if I receive legal notice from bank?

I have lost ₹50 lakh on the 1Win platform (Rocket Queen game). I borrowed funds from the bank, friends, and family. Now I have nothing left. Please help me. The bank has started sending me legal notices.

Dear Client, once you get a bank’s legal notice, please don’t ignore it. You should reply formally via a lawyer within the period they mention. Along with that, also look into a One-Time Settlement (OTS) or a loan restructuring approach with the bank, keeping RBI guidelines in mind. About the losses connected to the 1Win platform, you should file a cybercrime report at cybercrime.gov.in. These offshore gambling websites, in practice they run illegally in India, linked to the Public Gambling Act. If you want, you can reach out again to us at Prime Legal.

Unfortunately, betting on games like 1Win is risky and often unregulated. You should report the platform to the cybercrime police. For the loan issue, you can approach the bank for a settlement plan. If needed, seek legal aid to help respond to the notice. Avoid ignoring it, timely action can prevent bigger trouble. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
