Civil suit for incorrect boundaries line in sale deed
Hello sir, someone had filed a civil suit case in our plot and the case is pending in the court for evidence, the problem is we have mentioned the wrong boundaries in our sale deed document ,east west and north south does this effect in the case, and the plaintiff mentioned correct boundaries in his case document and since it is open plot we doesn't have any other proof except sale deed document that to with wrong boundaries and we don't have option to rectify.
