International legal notification
I am an Italian citizen, married in Denmark with an Indian citizen. The marriage has been Tran scripted and received in Italy where I am currently living. My husband is back in India since years. I have filed a case for which a notification has been sent and refused in Jodhpur. I am asking for separation / divorce and full custody of our son. Now the Italian judge with whom we had encounter in January (meeting required in the notification, for which there was no husband presence or responce) is waiting to know what is the correct procedure of further notification in India. (what is the second step required after a first notification has been refused). We are now asked to come to court by end of September.
