Doubt related to central level cast certificate
I belong to Himachal. I am in OBC category of state list .but I want to make central level certificate. So there is a problem that the cast from that I belong Muslim teli is in SC central list of hp . But in state list of OBC only Muslim teli not Hindu teli ( Hindu teli in SC list of hp) or in central list of OBC there is Not any Muslim teli cast. But in SC there is teli cast . So how I make my cast certificate of central level.
