How can I recover the bounced cheque amount and revised value?

This is to inform you that my husband, bought a plot under the 'SPACE CITY' SREE MAHITHA PROJECTS in 2016. The plot is situated at Annaram Revenue Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, for Rs. 4,45,200. The vendor, clearly stated that the plot cannot be registered as it has been sold to another party. It is clear that he admits to a mistake/fraud on his part. A mutual understanding led to a memorandum stating that the total amount of Rs. 9,32,400 would be granted against the same. A cheque was issued (ICICI Bank No. 004814) to be released on 31 December 2021, which eventually bounced. Similarly, on 15 May 2020 and 31 December 2020, a cheque for Rs. 8,92,400 was issued. Both these cheques bounced. I request you to kindly look into this matter and grant me the revised amount as per the market value.

Sir, you should file a cheque bounce case against the individual who issued the dishonored cheque. Additionally, you can file a police complaint for fraud if there was any intent to deceive or cheat. These actions will provide legal recourse to get justice and recover the owed amount. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
