School not refunding my Daughter's fee paid in advance.
I taken Admission for my daughter in class 1st and paid deposit amount 10,000/- on Jan 15th 2024 and 1st installment 35,000/- on Mar 1st 2024. During fees structure information i got details and one of Terms and conditions was "Refund Policy: This Early Bird Amount or any other Payments are not refundable under any circumstances". The school will start on Apr 1st 2024 and we have not taken any service yet other than admission formalities. Since now i am planning to move to other city because of personnel reasons school says they cannot refund any amount. Is there any chances legally i can get refund. Also please let me know how much i need to spend to go through process? Any law points are welcome so that i can convey same to the School.
