What to do if exam fee isn’t refunded quickly?
I applied for the UP Police Constable exam and paid ₹400, but the site shows “payment failed” and the form wasn’t accepted. It’s been more than 48 hours and the money hasn’t been refunded. The last date is close. What should I do?
