Can I defend against maintenance in domestic violence cases?

Sir, my wife filed a false domestic violence case against me and my parents. She wanted my parents' property to be transferred to my son, but when my parents denied, she filed a case in court. The court has ordered interim maintenance for my wife. Is there any provision in the Constitution of India to defend men's rights against this maintenance amount? Please help.
