Can I marry if my family doesn’t support it?
I want to marry by my own choice, but my family is not agreeing. What can I do?

Yes, you can marry even if your family does not approve, provided the following conditions are met:- 1. Your partner should be 18 years of age (female) and 21 years of age (male). 2. Both the partners should consent for the marriage and should be of sound mind when they are registering for the marriage. Kindly note that the marriage can be done without the consent of the family and with or without necessary marital rituals if the same is being registered with a marriage officer along with three witnesses.
