Can I take legal action against husband and in-laws for abuse?

I have come out from husbands house while I was 5 months pregnant and don't want to go back(my daughter is 14 months old) as my in-law treated me bad and used me for only money I have given 10Lakhs and there is no support from husband and for the sake of my daughter’s well-being. What should I do?
