Do his parents have the right to interfere in personal matters?
I got married in June, and its now September, making it a total of 4 months of married life. Due to some rituals, I stayed at my mother's house for one month in July, so we have actually lived together for only 2 months. He is now fighting with me and blaming me for not allowing him to have sex with me. He claims that if he approaches me, I argue with him. He mentioned this to me during the first week of marriage but never brought it up again. Even he slept with me he is blaming like this. He doesn't know he also accept that. Currently, I am at my mother's house, and his father has approached my father, accusing me of not cooperating with his son. They claim that I tell him it hurts when he tries to be intimate. My question is: Do his parents have the right to interfere and talk about such personal matters?
Ma’am, his parents cannot not interfere and talk about such personal matters so you should seek advice from an expert lawyer who will guide you with best course of action. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
