How can I get my wife back after multiple departures?

I married a girl on 2nd February. This is the 5th time she has come to me and left without any information. There were no disputes between us, but I don't know the reason behind this. After the marriage, I have been completely cut off from my family, and there is no support for me as I stay alone. Because of this marriage, I am estranged from my family. I sincerely request justice and want my wife back as she is the only one for me. Without her, I am not ready to continue my life. I request justice in this matter.
