How much alimony, compensation, and jail time for abusive husband?

I got married in May 2023 to an army man. After some time, I found out that my husband is having an affair with his own sister-in-law. When I raised this issue at home, my husband started threatening me and asked for a divorce. My father tried to mediate, but since his behavior hasn’t changed and he doesn’t care about me, I filed cases against my husband and his family for dowry, physical abuse, and the affair with his sister-in-law. Now, my husband has refused to stay with me, and we are currently in mediation in the civil court. We spent 25 lakh during our wedding, but he is offering only 15 lakh. If I file an FIR, how much compensation can I expect from the court? How much alimony can I get? Can my husband go to jail? How long will the process take? Basically, I want to know if I can recover the expenses we incurred. How much can I expect to receive?
