How to protect property rights and stop transfer to mistress?

My husband has been having an extra-marital affair for around 15 years, and he has been living with that woman, who is divorced. I have two daughters, one 19 years old and the other 12 years old. We own a college, and my husband is the chairman, while the other woman is the secretary. Now, they are both threatening our family, saying they will transfer all the property from my husband's name to the woman’s name and sell it so that we don't have any authority. What can we do in this situation? How can we claim our property rights, and can we put a stay order on the property?

In this situation, you can file a civil suit for injunction in the family court to prevent the transfer of property. As a legal heir, you have rights over the property. A stay order can be sought from the court to prevent the transaction. Consult a family lawyer for further legal action to safeguard your property rights.
