Is it fair for my husband to demand money without contribution?

I am a female, 32 years old. I got married in November, 2021. I am a software engineer in an MNC and so is my husband. We have equal packages, i.e we earn almost the same. After one month of marriage, my husband asked my help in one of his commercial property installments which is solely under his name. I agreed to pay 20k out of 35k EMI, thinking of future together. Since then I have been paying half the rent, half the car EMI, taking care of household expenses, took care of my delivery too, total spending half of my income. Now, the issue is my husband is keen to know what my savings are. He made me pay for the car, but did not put my name in it. whatever he buys, he buys only in his name. He asked me to pay some amount for buying a new flat. I refused and he got angry at me again. He never pays for my expenses, never put my name in any of the assets. And always demand money from me. What can I do ?
