Should I worry about false 498A case from wife?

It's been six months since my marriage. My wife is threatening to file a 498A case. Once, during an argument with my mother, she called her own mother and began shouting and falsely accusing us: That my mother was beating her (which did not happen). That I strangled her (I only held her mouth as she was screaming). We have video evidence showing that we did not touch her. Regarding dowry: I am a government employee and have never taken a single penny from them. In fact, I gave them money while they were buying jewellery for my wife. She never listens to my mother and often replies rudely. Because of this, my mother once asked her to provide the TV/fridge, which her parents had promised before the marriage. Should I be concerned if she files a case under Section 498A?
