What can we do if maintenance burden and false cases persist?

Hello, me and my brother got entangled in false cases filed by his wife. We were acquitted on the benefit of the doubt in a dowry case but have been fighting DV cases for the last 8 years. Currently, the maintenance amount has also been set at Rs. 10,000 since the application date, putting us in huge debt. We are unable to get a divorce until now. We are stuck in these cases, and the maintenance amount is also a burden. Can you help us?
