What to do if husband abandons wife and kids abroad?
My husband lives in the UAE and does not visit or send money. He left me and our 3 children in India. No one from his family supports us. How can I bring my husband back legally?

You can file a complaint under Section 144 BNSS for maintenance and also file a case under Section 85 BNS (cruelty).
