Will a domestic violence case affect my SSC document verification?

I am going for document verification in New Delhi for the SSC exam, and my wife has filed a case under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act in Lucknow. I have received a notice from the court for a present hearing. Will I be disqualified from the document verification if I include the details in the bio-data form?

You may not be disqualified from the document verification for SSC based on the ongoing court case, but you must mention the case in your bio-data form, as required by law. Ensure you have all relevant legal documents for the verification process and consult a legal expert to be safe. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
