What can I do if possession is delayed and unclear?

I bought a commercial property in 2018, and possession was to be given in 2022. However, they increased the unit size by more than 20% and are now not providing the possession letter or disclosing the updated rate and size.

You should issue a legal notice to the builder demanding possession and clarity on the revised unit size and rate. If they do not respond, you can approach the consumer forum for redressal or file a suit for breach of contract and seek compensation.
