प्रशासन कार्रवाई न करे तो कानूनी उपाय क्या हैं?
मैंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक वकील को अपना मामला सौंपा था। मेरा इलाज एम्स, दिल्ली में चल रहा है। वकील ने मुझसे पैसे ले लिए हैं, लेकिन वह मेरा काम नहीं कर रहा है और मुझे लगातार परेशान कर रहा है। वह बार-बार अतिरिक्त पैसों की मांग भी कर रहा है। मैं कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट, न्यूरोसाइकोलॉजिस्ट, हाइपरटेंशन और न्यूरोलॉजिस्ट के उपचाराधीन मरीज हूं। इसके अलावा, जिस डायरी नंबर पर मेरा मामला दर्ज है, उस पर किसी दूसरे वकील का नाम भी दर्ज दिखाई दे रहा है। मैंने वर्ष 2020 से उत्तराखंड प्रशासन को भी कई शिकायतें दी हैं, लेकिन आज तक उस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। ऐसी स्थिति में मुझे क्या कानूनी कदम उठाने चाहिए?
