Punishment For Contravention Of Conditions

It states that -

Anyone who performs a marriage under this act. And, violates the conditions in clauses (iii), (iv) & (v) of Section 5 in the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 

That person will get the punishment as per this act.

a) Violation Of Conditions In Section 5(iii) -  If someone violates the conditions in section 5(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, he will get a punishment with simple imprisonment which may extend up to 15 days or One thousand rupees fine or both.

b) Violation Of Conditions In Clause (iv) & (v) Of Section 5 - If someone violates the conditions in section 5(iv) & (v), he will get the punishment with simple imprisonment which may extend up to 1 month or one thousand rupees fine or both.
