My Car Stolen on 12-11-2022 for which FIR logged in nearest police station and intimated to insurance company survey also done by insurance company and waiting for the Police FR. But suddenly car found in Bihar PS in charge of Liquor smuggling. But Bihar police not released the car as per excise act of bihar i need to pay 50% of IDV value to get it released my car. What should I do.
