Stolen bike and mobile
Respected sir, My bike and mobile stolen on 9th November 2022 I lodge FIR against unknown person, police take action and arrested all of them with my phone but bike was sold out , police tole me phone is released from court, when we contact with advocate they file protests petition. But I am already discussed that we need to release phone and support to receive No Trace Certificate from court to insurance claim settlement because my EMI still running So kindly support because I am confused regarding protests petition
