What to do if you gave false confession under pressure?

I falsely confessed a crime in court just to protect myself, but I’m innocent. What can I do?

Dear Client, inform your lawyer immediately about this and you can also apply to retract the confession by telling the court that it was made under pressure. Provide the proofs of coercion and defend your case in the court and do this without any sort of delay. I hope this answers your query, for further queries contact us.

If you confessed out of fear or under pressure, tell your lawyer. You can file an application to retract your statement and explain the reason. The court will allow you to present evidence of innocence. You can also file for discharge or acquittal if charges are false. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
