How to recover loan using blank cheque from friend?
A friend of mine borrowed money from me three years ago and is now refusing to return it. He gave me a blank cheque. How can I recover my money using this cheque?

You can file a cheque bounce case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Send him a legal notice first within 30 days of cheque dishonour.
