What is the reason for a bank account being frozen?

I withdrew money from the OnePay transaction app, which provides commission on transactions. I transferred this money from my Airtel Bank account to my SBI account. What should I do now? The account has not been frozen yet, but I am feeling scared.

Since no freeze has occurred yet, immediately stop further transactions. Keep all records of transfers and app communication. If any suspicious activity arises, file a complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal (1930). If funds are questioned later, you can explain legitimate transfer with bank records to avoid liability.
