Dear Sir/Madam, I have a house in Pune (1800 sq. ft.). My father-in-law gave me some money to construct the house. Currently, my wife is working in a school, but I am jobless. Her annual income is around ₹6 lakh. If I sell 1000 sq. ft. of the house to my relative, I will be left with only 800 sq. ft. In this situation, can my daughter get an EWS certificate?
