Can I recover PG deposit without a rent agreement?
I lived in a commercial PG from 14 May 2022 to 16 July 2022, paying ₹25,000 monthly rent. I cleared all dues, but the owner refuses to return my ₹25,000 deposit. There was no rental agreement, but I have online transaction records. Can I legally claim the deposit back?
