How can I resolve a Vodafone legal notice and dues?
I have been using a Vodafone postpaid connection for a long time. In March 2023, I was hospitalized and couldn’t pay the bill. A huge penalty was added. I requested to convert my number to prepaid, and Vodafone Coimbatore office promised to process it online. Later, a staff member from Salem named Babu asked me to pay ₹400 to clear the dues. Now I have a due of ₹541 and have received a legal notice. Please help me resolve this and close the account.
