My company has not submitted my PF to EPFO for the last 6 months, my TDS to the government for the last 6 months, and my salary for the last 2 months (January and February 2024). Despite informing HR and the director multiple times, I have not received any significant response. As a result, I decided to withhold some money from customers, which I have not shared with the company, and I have informed them in writing that I will release the amount once these issues are resolved.
