What to do in wrong HRA claim dispute with bank?

I’m accused of wrong HRA claim. I stayed in a property owned by my landlord who bought it from my mother with notarized papers. The bank claims the property still belongs to my mother. They are also rejecting proof of another leased property and recovering brokerage without evidence.

Submit proof of tenancy, rental payments, and notarized purchase documents. If the bank refuses, you can approach the Income Tax Department with full disclosure. Also file a complaint against the bank in Consumer Forum or Banking Ombudsman for harassing you without solid proof or proper investigation.
