What legal action can be taken against visa fraud?
I was issued a visa from the Mohali office in Punjab to work in Azerbaijan. They charged me ₹1 lakh for the visa, but now they are not processing my work and are also not refunding my money.

You can file an FIR for cheating and criminal breach of trust under criminal laws against the agent for taking ₹1 lakh and not providing visa services or refund. You may also send a legal notice demanding refund and file a complaint in Consumer Court for deficiency in service. Keep all payment proofs and chats as evidence.
