How can I claim property rights when my mother-in-law refuses?

I married seven years ago. My mother-in-law told us about a property in a court case, claiming it would be resolved in six months. We agreed and married. After 20 days, she separated us because of her second husband. Now, my husband has passed away, and she has the case papers, not involving me and my children. What can I do to claim my rights to the property, as she is not showing me the case papers?

To claim property rights, you can file a petition in court to ensure your legal entitlement to the property. If your mother-in-law is excluding you and your children from the case, a lawyer can help you get access to the case papers and guide you on how to proceed legally.
