How can I transfer property in my name without involving sister?

My father had open land, 3 years back ,he was dead. We are legal heirs of my mother, sister and me. My sister was married and rituals are completed for her and children also. Now i wish to change the property in my name legally. How to transfer property under Indian laws. Kindly guide me to proceed further without involvement of my sister. I am awaiting for your valuable reply.
