How can we use Specific Relief Act to reclaim land?

Namaste Sir, our problem is that the land is ours, and we have a decree from the Hon'ble Patna High Court regarding it. We have mostly taken possession of the land, but there is a small portion, which is also our property, where a Peepal tree and a small idol of Lord Hanuman are kept. Under the cover of this idol, some antisocial elements are creating a dispute, claiming that the small temple on the land is public property. Due to this, antisocial people have forcefully taken possession of the land. We want to take peaceful possession of the land and build a boundary wall around it. How can we take help from The Specific Relief Act, 1963 (SRA) to reclaim the land, and how much time will it take? Thank you.

You can approach the court under the Specific Relief Act, 1963, to regain peaceful possession of the land. The act allows you to claim possession if someone has illegally taken over your property. The process might take time, depending on court proceedings, but legal action will help to assert your rights and remove unlawful occupation.
